today is not that day

I had to stay home sick today. I was running a fever and my stomach was acting up, it seems that every season I become ill, so this isn't anything new.

The streak is close to being broken! I finally finished a story for talk_bingo; it's still in need of an edit but I'm going to step away for at least a day and then finish it up. Editing takes me less time than writing does and I read like I write: start multiple things in a rush of good feeling and then rotate when the attraction wanes until I come back to finish. My main goal is to finish at least one line before nanowrimo starts.

yeah, I've been fighting it off for two weeks now but it's here finally. It's not just me, my mom is sick too. It's so annoying.
