for a minute there I lost myself

It's been almost two months since I posted. Wow. Let's get back into it with a meme I've seen around:
|Fandom as relationships:|
The one who seduced you, screwed you over, broke your heart in a million pieces, and laughed about it.
Hmmm...I have a ton of feelings on Glee right now, but my complaints are mostly with the canon. There's been a post brewing on the subject for a while and I will probably still make it so for now, short answer: Glee, the show, had a lot of promise with a lot of faults, and this second season squandered too much of the former and exacerbated the latter enough where I'm having a hard time even picking up the show for a third season. Fandomwise, I can still find stuff I enjoy if I look hard enough but I haven't really felt like looking lately.
The old flame you don't see very often any more but whom you still really enjoy getting together with for a few drinks and maybe a pleasant nostalgic romp:
Sometimes I still go back and ready some of my favorite Digimon fics, and I do the same thing for SGA. I even read some SGA fic when recced to me if I'm in the mood. I didn't really hold much affection for either show but the fandoms were seriously some of the best ones for what I wanted at the time. I loved Sailor Moon and Gundam Wing so much more though.
The mysterious dark one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 AM at weird coffee houses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized s/he really was fucking crazy:
Not really sure with this one.
The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor and whom you'd still really like to get with again, although you're relieved s/he doesn't actually live in town:
TSN, step right up! Every other week or so, on a random day when I'm feeling restless, I'll burn through some TSN fic but I can't ever be steady in it b/c even enjoying the dominant pairing (Mark/Eduardo) and being willing to read almost any pairing involving Eduardo, after reading enough the stories start feeling too similar--and while Inception with Arthur/Eames suffers the same issue to a lesser extent--TSN feels smaller and their setting is more limited, or rather more mundane, and there's more obvious emotional conflict to get through (tired of reconciliation stories, those are harder to do than they seem and after I read some really great ones all the rest were just so much dimmer).
Concise: I enjoy the pieces of TSN fandom I dabble in but I don't feel a consistent longing for it. I really can just read one story and then be okay.
The Steady
For me, being steady with a fandom means taking small breaks but always able to slip right in, following the big bangs/fests on my own list. So for now, Inception is still holding strong with XMFC coming in close. Lately, I've been sporadic, as evidenced by my posting on this journal.
But I do want to investigate Parks and Rec, Community, and Suits more just to get the experience of being in the fandom for a show I love more than I loathe.
The alluring stranger whom you've flirted with at parties but have never gotten really serious with:
The latest Die Hard movie, Merlin, Fast and the Furious, Sucker Punch, Teen Wolf, Eureka.
The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with, but ultimately you're just good buddies:
Make it Or Break It. I enjoy the show but I never could fully get into the fandom, ditto for Greek.
The one you've been checking out but just haven't found the moment to approach
Tiger and Bunny, I'm coming for you just as soon as I catch up on the episodes.
Apparently this meme is longer but I'm now tired. Any questions or ones I left off that you want me to answer, leave them in the comments.
