Libraries are good things. We have one write-in at a library and it's Really Short so I'm planning on going early and writing for an hour before the write-in.

It's hard if the meetups are further away, yeah. I'm trekking about 20-30 minutes for some of ours, which does NOT thrill the husband (since I keep leaving the kids with him, of course). But he puts up with it for November and knows my writing speed will slow down again come December.

But any time you can take for yourself to write is always very very good. Quiet and maybe headphones and no distractions. :)
