Year in Review: Fandom &Movies

I was supposed to do a post each day, but, like I have done with most other things this year, I fell behind and now am combining these last two.
Fandom:
I didn't do as much as I wanted but I did complete Yuletide this year, so hooray me! I've decided not to do any writing challenges because the goals are too high, but I have set my own goal of 20,00o, it's not much but it will be something if I can stick to it. Also, I am going to do two more challenges besides Yuletide in 2015.
I still haven't found a full on new fandom though I have dabbled in CA:TWS, The Flash, and Gotham. I have dropped ASOIAF/GOT mostly for reasons.
Movies:
Watched: 102
Avg rating: 6.86
Avg length: 109 minutes
Total Mins: 10958 minutes
First film watched: Byzantium an off kilter vampire film featuring a mother/daughter pairing. Despite its falws, I found it to be enjoyable and even like reading a fic or two from it. Gemma A. is so attractive in this movie;and Ronan is good too, even if it is no Hanna.
Last film watched: Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels which is what supposedly made Guy Ritchie internationally known. Okay, I did like this but this suffered from me having seen work inspired by the 'original' so that by the time I got to this, what would have seemed new was just regular. Still funny at parts.
Highest rated films: Mulan (yeah, it still holds up), The Apartment (I'd love more movies that are romcom but touch on darker, heavier stuff with such a deft touch), Indie Game (great film on the burden and joy of creativity and commerce), Galaxy Quest (if only all parodies and homages could be so excellent, Weaver and Allen and Rickman are so great; such a quotable film).
Lowest rated films: Atlantis: Milo's Return (subpar sequel from such a good film), The Dark Knight Returns Pt. 2 (there's a section of animated DCU that are antithesis to what I like), The Boys Next Door (even for its time it's not good, but the leads were hot).
For 2015: more foreign films besides UK, more documentaries
