I'm going to try and dodge the Resolution bullet by acknowledging some things that I hope to carry over to the new year:
Dropping things I don't like is okay. I used to be such a completist about finishing things I started when it came to shows or movies. I still hate leaving fandoms, and I don't like it when I can't contribute to conversations about shows I used to follow, but when something makes me more irritated than anything else, it's time to let it go.
Piece by piece and I can get stuff done. This year was a bust for me finishing fests I signed up for except for Yuletide. I am disappointed that I didn't meet my reading or writing goal but I feel better about 2013. I did finish and post a story that was received well enough, I met a deadline!
Subjective things are subjective This seems obvious, but I follow a lot of sites that review films and tv and books and sometimes I see opinions that just leave me baffled; but if I stopped listening to everyone who disagrees with me I would have no one to read. A good piece of criticism can open me to things I hadn't picked up on, or contexts I weren't aware of, and even if I don't agree with the conclusion, the journey can be a fun read.
Specifically fandom stuff: I dropped Glee completely; fell out with OUAT then jumped right back in with the second season (Aurora/Mulan!!!), fell less in love with Teen Wolf (though I am hoping for a resurgence with the new season), bypassed the major movie fandoms even though I saw the films, fell deeper into The Walking Dead, mourned Community.
I'm probably missing stuff, but oh well.
