laptop + medieval + yuletide

On the laptop front I ended up buying a laptop cooling pad and so far so good; I've been able to stream not without an issue and I have played Sims Medieval without it going into hibernation mode.

So Sims Medieval: I do enjoy it but it is much more quest oriented than I care for. The way I play the Sims is to kind of dither about, make a cheap place, get work but it's not as directed as the Medieval game is. Also, the tutorial is soooo long. The plus side is I only paid $5 for it so even though I'm not mad for it, I didn't pay full price.

Yuletide: Who is doing it? Do you know what your nominating? I'm pretty sure I will be doing it. Last year was a success and it was nice being able to write to a deadline; and I'm even getting kudos on it still and the fandom is very small.

I'm going to do Yuletide this year but damned if I can remember what I wanted to nominate.

I miss yuletide but I really worry about defaulting if I get too busy, hmmm. But small fandoms are so pretty and shiny!
