I had to cut myself off from making the Baby Driver section too long in this post. (I've figured the only way to use this dw for me is to make a continual tracking of my thoughts on things I've watched/read b/c otherwise it just is here.

But, yeah, I remember listening to NPR pop culture happy hour talk about the ending and internally going 'it can't be that bad' but it actually was. If that movie ended with them holding hands at the standoff and him being arrested it would have been so much better.
